Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major. We are finalising the manufacturer warranty terms for PITDECK PRO tiles and accessories. Until those terms are published here, we do not advertise a warranty period or coverage. If you have a product concern, contact us and we will assess it under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Email hello@pitdeck.com.au with your order number, the date of purchase and photos of the issue.
• Describe how and where the product was installed and used.
• We will respond with the next steps and, where a remedy applies, arrange repair, replacement or refund.

Damage caused by installation over an unsuitable or unprepared surface, use outside the product's intended purpose, alteration, accident or normal wear is not a product fault. These exclusions do not affect your consumer guarantees.
