Returns

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

• Email hello@pitdeck.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem and photos.
• We will assess the claim and let you know the remedy available to you — repair, replacement or refund — in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
• Where a remedy applies, we cover the cost of returning the affected product.
• Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the return details.

Change-of-mind returns are handled separately from the consumer guarantees above. If you change your mind, contact us at hello@pitdeck.com.au with your order number and we will confirm whether a change-of-mind return can be arranged for your order, and any conditions that apply. Products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.

The full-size sample is a small single-tile order intended to help you choose a finish. If a sample arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it.
