Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for that item.

You are responsible for the measurements, quantities, colours and layout you select. Our calculator gives an estimate only — please allow for perimeter cuts and your own layout.

• All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST.
• Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your full card details.
• We may correct pricing or product description errors before we accept your order.

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns Policy for how to make a claim.

PITDECK tiles are supplied for installation over a clean, sound, level concrete surface. Follow the installation information supplied with your order. We are not responsible for issues caused by unsuitable substrates, incorrect installation or use outside the product's intended purpose.

The PITDECK name, logo, imagery and site content belong to PITDECK and may not be reproduced without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order applies to that order.
